Based in central London and Northern Ireland, City Life Coaching offers life and career coaching to young professionals.
We are the only coaching organisation in the UK to focus exclusively on providing coaching support to twenty- and thirty-something professionals. By doing this, we are able to develop a far deeper understanding of the issues they face, enabling us to provide an excellent level of service and consistently outstanding results.

Our team
Jenny Ungless is the founder and director of City Life Coaching. She is a fully-trained coach and an adviser to the UK Association of Coaching. Jenny has over 15 years’ experience of business and strategic planning, recruitment and people development, gained in both the public and the private sector. She is a graduate of Cambridge University and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. She is the career guru for Monster – the UK and Ireland’s leading online recruitment site – and a regular contributor to www.careershifters.org, the top online careers resource.
Jenny’s careers advice is regularly featured in national newspapers including the Guardian, Times and Independent, as well as a range of other magazines and publications. She also appears regularly on LBC’s James Max show to discuss work issues.
Jenny leads our London-based team of coaches, and runs workshops across the UK.
Emma McKeown leads our team of coaches based in Northern Ireland.
